Resilienti o persistenti?

Abstract

The article is a brief reworking of the seminar “Archival Science and the Digitalization of Humanistic Knowledge”, held by invitation within the collaboration framework  between the School of Educational Sciences of the Letters and Arts Faculty of
the National University of Rosario (Argentina) and the Department of Cultures, Education and Society of the University of Calabria (Italy). Starting from an analysis of the current condition of archives, archivists, and archival science, the attention is targeted
to a brief examination of the critical issues outline. The aim is to identify, in the current  complex and disarticulated institutional, political, and social context, possible paradigms  of reference and elements of recovery, through a diachronic reading of the crisis to which  archival science and the entities connected to it are undergoing.
