Abstract

The researchers distinguish two forms of bullying: traditional bullying and cyberbullying.  Traditional bullying typically occurs face-to-face and includes physical acts, verbal provocation, ridicule, social exclusion, relational aggression, or other behaviors. While cyberbullying presents itself as an evolved form of victimization that concerns aggressive behavior through electronic or digital media by individuals or groups. The cyberbullying differs from traditional forms of bullying in that the perpetrators remain
anonymous, and the victim cannot escape, this creates an increase in psychological stress  in victims. Both forms of bullying represent an emergency health problem worldwideand have negative consequences for the people involved throughout their lives. Seriousintervention programs are needed to reduce bullying through prevention programs, particularly in school contexts.
